Tradewind Recruitment started its life as 1st Contact Recruitment, but changed its name in late 2004.

At that time the business recruited within the Education, Healthcare and Social Work markets but, in 2005, we decided to specialise in the Education and Social Care sectors solely. We also recruit in these same sectors in Australia.

The last few years have seen unprecedented growth and our status as the premier recruitment agency in London for Teachers and School Support Staff is now confirmed.

2011 will see the first element of our expansion plans come to fruition, with the establishment of our office in Central Birmingham that will serve the West Midlands, and our office in Manchester to service the North West.
