Every stage of this "looking for work" process, starting from the first point of contact, to the ongoing support I receive currently, has been made so easy and enjoyable thanks to these two ladies. I have had such a positive experience with your company because of these two staff members' efforts and I am truly thankful. I recommend your company at any opportunity I get. I particularly liked how Sheetal did not disregard my proposal to look for work in another social work area which I did not have experience in. Sheetal was honest with me, but still tried very hard to help me, and in the end, she helped me achieve an excellent result - a job after 2 weeks of being in the country! I also liked how Sheetal explained how Tradewind look for jobs and how she showed me on the computer system. In terms of Louise's support, I liked how she provided me with many prompts so I always had my paperwork ready on time! Louise always took time to explain everything to me and tried to make things as easy as possible for me which I truly appreciated. The best part about Louise, is her positive personality which is so wonderful to hear over the phone when you are trying to organise so many BIG changes in your life!

Tradewind has been one of our favourite agencies as they have been able to meet most of our supply needs. He not only calls for the needs of the school but also to check up on his teachers to see how they are getting on.
Neil is very friendly to speak to and if he has sent a teacher that we are not keen on he is very happy to rectify the situation next time.
