Contractors

We contract out a number of services from time to time. Our contractors may see some of your personal information. Typically, our contractors would include IT contractors and database designers. IT contractors and database designers will abide by our Privacy Policy and operate within the guidelines of the Privacy Act.

Enquiries and Complaints

All membership and profile information are retained indefinitely. If you would like us to delete your personal information or remove a CV that you have uploaded please send an email to support@twrecruitment.com and provide details of your request.

Access

Subject to some exceptions, that are set out in the National Privacy Principles, you can gain access to the personal information that we hold about you.
We do refuse access if it would interfere with the privacy rights of other people, or if it breaches any confidentiality that is attached to that information.

We might impose a moderate charge in providing access. Our Privacy Coordinator would discuss these with you.
