Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging art lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel encouraged to express themselves creatively.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students develop their artistic skills and techniques.
- Organise art exhibitions, competitions, and other events to showcase student work and celebrate their achievements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate art across the curriculum and promote interdisciplinary learning experiences.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
- Degree in Art Education, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Previous experience teaching art at the secondary level preferred.
- Strong knowledge of art history, techniques, and contemporary practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
