Dynamic EYFS Teaching Assistant Wanted!
Location: East Riding/East Hull area
Position: Full-time, Immediate Start until July
Salary: £425 - £475 per week (Competitive, aligned with Teaching Assistant pay scales)

Tradewind Recruitment is actively seeking a dynamic and dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teaching Assistant to join an outstanding school in the East Riding/East Hull area.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one support, fostering an environment conducive to individualized learning.
- Develop and execute tailored learning plans in conjunction with the classroom teacher and school team.
- Monitor pupil progress, regularly reporting findings to both the teacher and parents/guardians.
- Cultivate a safe and inclusive learning atmosphere for pupils.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with EYFS/Nursery-aged pupils, preferably within a Primary School setting.
- Strong understanding of the national curriculum and the needs of pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish robust connections with pupils, parents/guardians, and colleagues.
- Patient, empathetic, and nurturing approach in supporting young learners with SEND.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
- Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
