Tradewind are currently partnering with an amazing Primary School located in Earls Barton who are looking for a Year 6 Teacher to start in June 2024 for 6 weeks (with the potential to extend in September!)

About the School - Year 6 Teacher - Earls Barton, Northamptonshire

The school are a 3-form entry school and our year group teams have joint PPA for one afternoon or morning per week and have a small class sizes (average of 23 children) and a stable and dedicated team of staff.
The school have recently introduced the "Empowerment Approach" to behaviour management and are focussed on supporting children through positive relationships, whilst maintaining high support and high expectations. The school are looking for staff who are fully on-board with and support this whole school ethos.
About you - Year 6 Teacher - Earls Barton, Northamptonshire
- Hold a QTS or relevant teaching qualifications
- Ability to provide a secure and happy environment for all children
- To take an active role in the development of school policies
- Ability to work effectively with you support staff
- Experience working in a Primary setting
