As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, the your role could be working within a subject specific department, relevant to your degree or assisting pupils with mild SEN requirements. Behaviour across the trust and their various schools are Good and all staff are happy and benefit from a positive work life balance. You will have the opportunity experience working with a range of age groups, from Year 7 through to Sixth Form and play a huge part in contributing to the lives and social well being of a variety of students in your care.

Experience of youth work, tuition or within education is an advantage but not essential. A positive mindset and upbeat persona are the main soft skills required as full training will be provided by the school and through Tradewind. We offer direct access to the National College utilised by teachers and run in house workshops to ensure you're on the front foot from day 1!

To be eligible for this role, you must hold at least a 2:2 and possess good A-levels/GCSEs and keen to make a positive impact on the lives of young people.
