About the Role
- Full-time, long-term position
- Competitive salary of £85 per day
Responsibilities
- Provide support to classroom teachers in delivering the curriculum.
- Work with small groups or individual students to enhance their learning experience.
- Develop and deliver engaging and interactive learning activities.
- Assist with marking, assessment, and record keeping.
- Contribute to the creation of a positive, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
- Promote the emotional and social well-being of students.
Person Specification
- Passionate about education and child development.
- Strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- A positive and can-do attitude with a flexible approach.
- Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is desirable.
