***Primary Teacher - Nursery Teacher for the Early Years

***Borehamwood, Hertfordshire - £155 to £225 per day based on experience

***Ofsted 'Good' two form entry school with excellent behaviour

***Full time role starting either this Easter or September 2024


Tradewind are recruiting on behalf of a wonderful Hertfordshire school located in Borehamwood. The full-time Nursery Teacher role will start in either this Easter or September 2024 and last until the end of the academic year with a view to potentially extending this into a permanent position. Upon successful appointment, you will be paid a competitive rate based on your experience.


This diverse and welcoming Hertfordshire school are committed to ensuring parents and carers are actively engaged with their pupils learning. It is their desire to ensure that all students get the very best start to their education and as such the headteacher is looking for a Nursery Teacher who will be able to build supportive relationships with families that will enhance the children's learning experience.


As one of the Nursery Teachers, you will be responsible for creating an exciting play-based learning environment. You will also:


*Plan and Teach a balanced and diverse curriculum based on the EYFS philosophy
*Assess, track, and report on the pupil's attainment and personal development
*Establish a clear routine for pupils
*Encourage pupils engage with learning through targeted questioning and play based learning
*Establish positive relationships with parents and carers
*Provide a caring and supportive learning environment.



We are looking for applicants who:
*Have Qualified Teacher Status and at least 1 year of teaching experience
*Is committed to providing creative and inspiring learning experiences
*Is motivated, energetic and fun!
*Has excellent communication skills, use of initiative and organisational skills
*Has an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
*Has the right to work in the U.K
