Tradewind are currently seeking a qualified and dedicated individual to join a Wigan school, working in their reception class supporting children with SEN. The role is on a full-time basis 5 day a week with an immediate start working until July in the first instance with the potential to extend. The role is working 8.30-3.30 with daily pay rate for this position is £85-£90.

As a teaching assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the classroom teacher in creating a positive and stimulating learning environment for young children. You will assist with planning and delivering engaging lessons, providing one-on-one support for children with SEN, and helping to maintain a safe and orderly classroom. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, as well as a passion for working with young children.

To join us and be successful in this role you will need to:

• NVQ level 2 qualification
• Experience of working with Early Years children
• SEN experience would be an advantage.
• Experience of working in a relevant classroom environment
• Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
• CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
• Legal right to work in the UK
