Job Opportunity: School Receptionist at Secondary School in North Lincolnshire

This full-time position is available for an immediate start and is initially temporary, extending until the end of May. However, there's potential for extension based on school requirements.
Role Details:
- Location: Secondary School in North Lincolnshire
- Start Date: Immediate
- Duration: Temporary until end of May (with potential for extension)
- Hours: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (flexibility negotiable)
- Pay: £13 to £14 per hour
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS on the update service highly desirable due to immediate start.
- Commutable from Scunthorpe, Goole, and Thorne for those driving.
Responsibilities: As a School Receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the school environment. Your duties will include:
- Welcoming visitors, providing information, and directing them appropriately.
- Handling incoming phone calls, taking messages, and providing assistance.
- Responding to inquiries from parents, students, and the public, resolving issues when possible.
- Managing student attendance records and coordinating with teachers and administrators.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, managing mail, and maintaining records.
- Monitoring visitors, implementing sign-in procedures, and ensuring school security.
- Acting as a liaison between students, parents, staff, and administration.
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information, such as student records.
- Supporting enrolment, registration, and parent-teacher conferences.
- Managing school supplies, coordinating transportation, and assisting with events.
