Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced SEN Teacher to join this special school in Camden. This is a full time, long-term role starting in September for the whole academic year 2024/25.

There is a range of expertise throughout this school, from highly skilled teachers and teaching assistants to a range of teams and leaders. Together they ensure every child's needs are met; teachers lead their class team through shared goals which are informed by parents, families, NHS Therapists, CAMHS professionals, and the Multi-agency Support Team.
As a SEN teacher you will be responsible for the below:
- Planning, differentiating and delivering lessons
- Assessing pupils progress
- Working with the support staff to put in place and run interventions
- Updating and setting targets for children
- Working effectively alongside other professionals in the support network
- Liaising with parents and carers and participating in meetings
To join us and be successful in this role you will ideally need:
- Previous experience teaching children with SEN
- An Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
- CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
- Legal right to work in the UK
