Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of individualised education plans for students with a range of additional needs.
• Provide targeted support to students in both KS3 and KS4, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to ensure the effective delivery of lessons and the inclusion of all students.
• Promote a safe and supportive atmosphere for students, encouraging their social and academic development.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is essential, no specific TA qualification required
• Confidence in supporting students with various additional needs.
• Ability to adapt support strategies to meet the diverse needs of students in KS3 and KS4.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant qualifications in education or related fields are desirable.
