Tradewind are seeking experience and passionate Teaching Assistants to join our Primary or Secondary schools. If you are very experienced you coould work in Primary and Secondary schools if this is what you perefer!
**You must have UK based experience**
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing support to KS1/KS2/KS3/KS4 children on a 1:1 and small group basis * Ensuring the safeguarding of the young person under your care * Collaborating with the school team to create a stimulating, safe, and nurturing learning environment for students
The competitive pay for this role ranges between £84 and £90 per day, contingent on experience. The position starts immediately on a part-time or full-time basis, extending for the remainder of the academic year with potential for further extension.
About You:
Applicants must demonstrate exceptional proficiency and competence as a Teaching Assistant. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting teachers in lesson delivery, classroom management, and maintaining a positive learning environment * Providing individual support to pupils with learning challenges, ensuring comprehension of the curriculum * Aiding in teaching material preparation, including equipment setup and resource organisation * Establishing positive relationships with all pupils based on trust and mutual respect * Collaborating effectively with the key stage and wider staff to share advice, resources, and best practices
Essential Requirements:
- Excellent references validating previous experience in KS1/KS2/KS3/KS4
- A CV detailing the last 10 years of employment history with explanations for any gaps
- Eligibility to work in the UK
