About the Impact Academy
The Impact Academy is a meticulously crafted programme offering comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills to thrive as a Recruitment Consultant. Over a 9-12 month period, you'll assist a designated team in sourcing top talent for our client schools in Nottingham.
Your Duties
During your initial year, you'll:
Identify and interview candidates for both temporary and permanent positions. Craft professional CV profiles for client outreach. Boost candidate placements through strategic collaboration with our sales teams. Meet weekly targets and KPIs established in collaboration with your manager. Earn commission for your contributions every step of the way. Support and Guidance

Graduation and Beyond
