As a Year 2 teacher, you will be supported by a dedicated teaching assistant and there are ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your expertise and skill set. The school understands that each child progresses at their own pace and through differentiated learning engagements. As a Year 2 teacher, you will be required to plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned to pupil needs and the curriculum. The school uses a mastery approach in mathematics to ensure pupils build on prior knowledge and previous experience with this would be beneficial.

To be a success in this role, you will need to:
- Have QTS or QTLS status
- Have experience with a KS1 class and Year 2 SATs
- Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional references checks

- Have the legal right to work in the UK
