About the Role - 6th Form Cover Supervisor - Enfield, North London

*The school are looking for an adaptable Cover Supervisor who has a strong background in providing both in class support to students, and is also able to be involved in the pastoral side of school life, presenting a great varied opportunity for the right person.
*As 6th form Cover Supervisor you will monitor standards of uniform, punctuality and attendance, as well as the standard of the common room. You will support students with engagement, and encouragement of independent work.
*As Cover Supervisor, you will also be responsible for ensuring the delivery of lessons in teacher's absence, ensuring that students remain on task and extra support is given to do this when needed.
*Above all this role will suit someone confident and articulate who can also act as a strong role model to students in terms of attitude, work ethic and behaviour.
