A 1-form entry Primary School in Trafford, Hale (WA15) is looking for a Nursery Class teacher to cover a year's maternity leave starting September 2019 and will be finishing April 2019.
About the role

This OFSTED "Outstanding" primary school situated in Trafford, Hale (WA15) is looking for a Nursery Teacher who can deliver lessons designed to cater to a class of 30. The desired candidate must be able to deliver engaging cross curricula lesson and must be able to work closely with the phase leader and Head Teacher. The schools want to see the candidate demonstrate excellent behaviour management and sound subject knowledge of the new EYFS model. You must be a committed practitioner, who will want to attain the highest standards in teaching and learning throughout the role. You will need to be a collaborative and driven individual who will support and lead on the delivery of the curriculum through inventive approaches including curriculum design and the use of ICT.

The role itself will involve the delivery of the EYFS Curriculum independently and to a high standard, where the department has enjoyed excellent progress year on year. Ideal candidates will have strong EYFS curriculum knowledge and will ensure that the lessons they deliver are of excellent quality using innovative and engaging approaches, ensuring that the students are having fun whilst making stretched progress!

As an EYFS teacher, you will have the support of a cohesive and committed team of teachers who work collaboratively to maintain high standards and expectations, plus:

We are recruiting for a Nursery Teacher on behalf of a 1-form entry primary school in Trafford, Hale (WA15), which is a very popular school dedicated to a broad curriculum.

This is a one form entry school catering to children from ages 5-11. They are purpose built, 52 place nursery which is set in the grounds of a field. After walking around this school, standards are very high, every pupil was working hard, and the atmosphere was calm and tranquil. The school are looking for a passionate dedicated EYFS specialist to cover this maternity leave in Nursery. Training and support will be offered by the Trafford School Cluster to ensure you are delivering best practice in accordance with their EYFS model.


To join us and be successful in this Nursery Teacher role, you will need to:
* Hold QTS Status
* Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional references checks
* Provide a CV with at least 10 years employment/education history included and any employment breaks must be explained
* Have the legal right to work in the UK
