Tradewind are recruiting for an experienced After School Club Manager in Wigan!

A 'Good' 2 form entry primary school in Wigan are working with Tradewind to recruit an experienced manager for their before and after school club. This member of staff would be working Permanent, part time, term time only from September 2019.

The hours are approx. 25 hours a week dependant on morning or afternoon shifts worked and the needs of the club.
The role will involve supervising children and ensuring their safety at all times, engaging them in play and activities and assisting with meals and snacks.
If you are enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking, have good communication, listening
and team work skills and experience of working with and caring for children of the
appropriate age range (3-11). The club is very well attended.

The successful candidate will have the following experience and attributes:
*Previous experience supporting pupils in before and after school clubs
*Hold a childcare/playworker qualification NVQ Level 3
*Have experience of leading a small team of committed staff
*A calm and nurturing character
*A creative and engaging practitioner

This school is based within Wigan and has on site parking. This school is also accessible via public transport links.

To be considered for this position the school are looking for a before and after school club manager who has previous experience working in a school setting. The position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas police Clearances and professional reference checks. Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained.
