Behaviour and Learning Support Assistant - Graduate/Experienced

-Work inside supportive and ambitious specialist primary school as Behaviour and Learning Support Assistant
-Organise and conduct own 1:1 and small group sessions
-Gain experience from inside experienced SEN and core subject department
-Ideal teaching experience before progressing into teacher training
-Work with additional behavioural needs pupils as Behaviour and Learning Support Assistant
-Opportunity to progress into teacher training
-Work under fantastic Senior Leadership Team

Role Requirements -
-Ability to display behaviour knowledge as a Behaviour and Learning Support Assistant
-Passion to develop and enhance students education
-Good communication skills
-Ability to control and overcome challenging situations
