Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a forward thinking, two-form entry Primary School in Rochdale to start in September 2019 for the full academic year. This is a full-time, long-term role.

To join us and be successful in this Behaviour Learning Mentor role, you will need to:

Behaviour Learning Mentor - Overview:
*Graduate/Experienced TA looking to develop their career in education role
*Excellent experience for aspiring teacher/Ed Psych/TA looking for their next step
*Work alongside an experienced SEN department
*Receive superb support and training including CPD
*Organise and deliver structured sessions
*Work with children who may have challenging behaviour
*Paid £350 - £450 per week
*Full-time, long-term role - full academic year
*2 form entry school in Rochdale
*Good transport links
*Interviews being arranged for week beg: 10/06/2019

Behaviour Learning Mentor - The role:

-Work inside supportive and ambitious Primary school as a Behaviour Learning Mentor, supporting classes across KS2
-Organise and conduct own 1:1 and small group sessions
-Gain experience from across a range of year groups to support teacher training applications
-Ideal teaching experience before progressing into teacher training
-Work with additional behavioural needs pupils
-Opportunity to progress into teacher training
-Work under fantastic Senior Leadership Team

Role Requirements -
-Ability to display behaviour knowledge either as a graduate or experienced Teaching Assistant
-Passion to develop and enhance students education
-Good communication skills
-Ability to control and overcome challenging situations
