HLTA requred for a SEMH school in Rawtenstall

Are you a strong HLTA with SEMH experience looking for work in Rawtenstall?

Tradewind are currently looking for an experienced HLTA to work with children who have social and emotional difficulties needs. The school is OFSTED rated 'Good' SEMH School in Rawtenstall. This SEMH school caters for KS3 and KS4 pupils with Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties.

They are currently looking for a Behaviour Specialist HLTA with SEMH experience to deliver a variety of lessons, managing up to a maximum of 8 pupils. This is a full time/long term post starting after May 2019 half term till summer and has the potential to go permanent.

We are looking for:
*Strong behaviour and classroom management
*Experience working with students with SEMH
*Commitment to the school and their students
*Degree or HLTA status
*Experience supporting Pupils with EHC Plans and Social and Emotional Behaviour Difficulties

The SEMH School offers fantastic facilities for their students and staff. Staff are made to feel valued and part of the team. There may be the opportunity to study towards further qualifications and training.

The SEMH school is based in Rawtenstall with close links to the M65 will a large free car park. Additionally, if you are travelling public transport there is a bus stop 5-minute walk from the school.
