Tradewind are currently recruiting for teachers in the Oldham area of Greater Manchester, these roles will be to start in September and will be long term, salaries will be based on your level of experience.

The Role

Levels of anxiety and behavioural issues are expected to go up once pupils return to school after such a long period at home. We are recruiting for teachers to support secondary schools in Oldham, Greater Manchester.

You will be teaching students across KS3 and KS4 - you will be required to create behavioural support plans and methods to help the pupils re-adjusting back to school life.

We are ideally looking at subject specialists who teach Maths, English and Science who have exceptional experience with managing behaviour and have proven experience in working in challenging environments


The Schools

The schools cater for secondary students who will usually have behavioural issues, as well as those under the care of the Local Authority.

We are looking for an Teachers who can support students and provide adaptable lessons. You must be able to engage with the students, gain their trust and help them to develop essential skills for life beyond education.

The schools we work with have excellent reputation and are great places to work; the staff are welcoming, friendly and supportive of one another.


To join us and be successful in this role, you will need to:
* Hold QTS Status or QTLS
* Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional references checks
* Provide a CV with at least 10 years employment/education history included and any employment breaks must be explained
* Have the legal right to work in the UK
