Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for a hardworking, ambitious and proactive Behavioural Support Assistant to work in primary schools in Nottinghamshire.
These roles will be specifically tailored towards working one to one or in a small group with children who have challenging behaviours
The positions vary from being long term, short term, day to day supply positions starting ASAP, after Easter and also for September.
The role of a Behavioural Support Assistant requires that you support a pupil (one to one) or small group of children with challenging behaviours and work closely alongside the classroom teacher with planning, assessments and the children's' progress.
These positions are a great opportunity to gain more experience in behaviour management and working in a schooling environment. Most importantly, working as a behavioural supporting assistant in primary schools, it will also offer a fantastic opportunity to make a difference in these children's lives.
*A Committed Behavioural Support Assistant in Nottinghamshire who has the want to attain the highest standards in teaching and who can motivate and support children.
*A Driven and empathetic individual who has great behavioural management and can assist the class teacher to encourage pupil learning.

*ideally to have had some previous experience of working with children with challenging behaviours.
*Right to work in the UK.
*Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to process one.
