This well-established Secondary school is based in Ealing and is accessible via Ealing Broadway on the Central and District lines. The school is 'Good' and achieves strong results academically in GCSEs and A-Levels. Areas of strength for the school include behaviour, learning and quality of the curriculum. About the Role - Biology NQT - Ealing, West London

The school is seeking a newly qualified Science Teacher who has a specialism in Biology. You will be required to teach general Science to KS4 and Biology up to A-Level using your subject knowledge to have a positive impact on academic results. The department is managed by an effective HoD who is very supportive in developing NQTs but only hires teachers who have the desire to the very best. The NQT will be exposed to the school's leading induction programme, can benefit from CPD, TLR and potential fast-track to leadership opportunities. The school has a low staff turnover and they are only looking for someone who is committed on a long-term basis.
