Tradewind are seeking a part-time Building Supervisor to start at a primary school in Barnsley ASAP.
The school is based in a residential area of Barnsley. They are a dynamic and diverse primary school dedicated to providing a stimulating, inclusive and nurturing learning environment. They have a supportive Senior Leadership team and offer fantastic CPD. The salary will range from £18500-£22,550.
They are looking for an experienced Building Supervisor who will oversea the opening and locking of the school, building maintenance and cleaning. The role is a part-time position for 5 days a week Monday to Friday. This is a split shift role from 7.30am-9.30am and 4.30-6.00pm each day. They will oversee all healthy and safety checks, manage a team of cleaners, and carry out general maintenance duties. Prior experience of PAT testing and Legionella testing is desirable.
Essential requirements:
Prior School Caretaker experience, health and safety training desirable, DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for a DBS (police check), legal right to work in the UK
