Tradewind are representing a Primary school in the south Sheffield area requiring a caretaker to start as soon as possible.

The role will be split shifts, 7am - 10.30am and then 2.45pm - 5.45pm. The appointed person will be the designated key holder responsible for opening and closing the building each day and ensuring that the site is secure.

You will also be responsible for risk assessments throughout the building as well as ensuring that the building, grounds and furniture is well maintained and undertaking repairs where needed.

You will also oversea the fire safety within the building ensuring that all alarms and extinguishers are in good working order.

Prior experience in Legionella testing and PAT testing would also be beneficial.

As this role is working within a school you should also have an enhanced DBS check or be willing to undertake one.
