Tradewind Recruitment require a qualified and personable KS2 Teacher to join a motivated primary school as soon as possible. Applications from Outstanding Newly Qualified Teachers and those with experience will be considered. The school are in a position to other long term supply, temporary to permanent or a straight to permanent arrangement.

This is a diverse Ofsted rated 'Good' school particularly praised for its strong leadership and the positive start pupils make in EYFS/KS1. They offer plenty of outdoor space including a large sports field, separate playgrounds for EYFS, KS1 and KS2 students and a variety of garden/growing areas.

This Lower Key Stage 2 class have had some inconsistencies as of late, the school are fully focused on finding someone suitably reliable. With this in mind, the approachable Headteacher is willing to consider delegating the planning and assessment amongst the SLT for the right teacher.

The successful KS2 Teacher will be:
Up to date knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
A committed and reliable primary teacher, who will want to attain the highest standards in teaching and learning throughout their role.
A collaborative and driven individual who will lead through creative approaches including the use of ICT and other resources.
Able to manage an enthusiastic class ensuring learning is fun and engaging.
Will offer a nurturing approach to working with children.

This charming school is based in central Chelmsford, easily accessible by public transport and plenty of onsite parking. An existing DBS on the update service and flexibility at short notice is desirable, though not essential as a later start date can be arranged.
