Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for a confident upper key stage 2 Teacher to join this 'Good' primary school based in Lambeth, to start in September. This is a full-time role up until July 2020 and the salary will be Inner London pay scale £28660 - £39006

This 'good' Catholic junior school in Lambeth educates just over 200 pupils from varied backgrounds. Everyone here gets on well together because of the school's strong commitment to developing pupils' spiritual, moral, social and cultural qualities. They teach a stimulating curriculum and the school is also recognised in the community for its sporting excellence!

We are looking for:
-A Teacher with recent experience of teaching Year 6 and preparing pupils for both Year 6 SAT's and their transition up to Secondary school
-Up to date knowledge of the UK curriculum for Year 6
-Someone who is positive, engaging and creative
-A teacher who can commit to all aspects of a full time Year 6 teaching role
-Someone who is happy to teach in a Catholic school and teach RE (support will be available)


This is Year 6 class teacher role at a small 'Good' Junior school near Clapham in Lambeth. The Year 6 Teacher will be expected to have relevant experience in Upper KS2, ideally in Year 6.

This school is a 4-minute walk from the Northern Line and a 10 minute walk from the overground. There are regular local buses and off street parking around the school site.

To join us and be successful in this Year 6 Teacher role you will need to:
-Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
-Overseas Trained Teachers will be considered if you have a comparable qualification with a UK teaching qualification and you can comply with the other points
-This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
-Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
-You must have the legal right to work in the UK
