Tradewind Recruitment Essex are continually looking to recruit reliable supply teachers with good behaviour management who are available to cover daily/short term supply or long-term absences. If you are placed in a longer-term position and are happy to take on full classroom responsibilities, your income would be in line with your pay scale.
The need for additional supply teachers is due to the growing demand of our clients in the West Essex area. We require teachers who are available for both full and part time work and will aim to give you the flexibility and support you need to be a success as a primary supply teacher.
We work closely with a large number of Primary Schools and Academy Trusts located throughout Essex and help them cover planned and unplanned staff absences. Some bookings will be made in advance and others may be at short notice, please be aware the more flexible you are (travel, year group, availability etc.) the more work we will be able to offer.
With 11 expanding offices nationwide, depending on your location you could have several experienced consultants actively working on your behalf. Within our Chelmsford office alone, we boast over 30 years of education recruitment experience combined. You will be in safe hands!
We are looking for:
Primary or Secondary Teachers with UK QTS or equivalent qualifications
Someone with good behaviour management and the ability to use their initiative
Someone who is flexible, enthusiastic and motivated to do well each day
Reliable supply teachers who uphold Tradewind's high standards

Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualifications
This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearance (if applicable and professional reference checks
Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history, where possible, and any employment breaks must be explained
You must have the legal right to work in the UK
