Are you an experienced Administrative Officer/Compliance Officer? Would you like to work in an Outstanding Preparatory School in the beautiful location of Westminster? This school has a brand-new building with wonderful facilities. SANZA Teaching are recruiting! We have a wonderful Primary school looking for an Administrative Assistant for January 2020.

SANZA Teaching is currently looking for a hardworking, confident Administrative Assistant to join a well-known School in Westminster with an ASAP start. This is a full-time role and will initially start on timesheets - leading to permanency after 6 weeks. What's more, they believe in investing in their employees, and will support you to increase your knowledge, broaden your experience and develop a career to be proud of.

Essential experience
-Compliance
-Single Central Register
-Safeguarding
-Stock Control
-Liaising with the site managers
-Liaising with the contractors
-Administrative duties
-Front of House support (as and when)

The Role / Main duties
-To liaise with parents regarding pupils' sickness/injury.
-To assist with visits from the school nurse, dentist etc.
-To be a point of contact for both telephone and face-to-face enquiries and take messages where appropriate.
-Ensure school security arrangements are always complied with, including the issue of visitor's badges and signing of the visitor's book.
-To accept and sign for deliveries as appropriate.
-To provide hospitality for visitors to the school.
-To be responsible for the preparation and maintenance of the manual and computerised pupil data records.
-To assist with the monitoring and maintenance of stock and order supplies as necessary. To provide general clerical support as required.
- To undertake word processing as required.
-To collect, record and issue receipts for School Fund monies as required.
-To prepare monies for banking and bank as necessary.
-To comply with individual responsibilities, in accordance with the role, for health and safety in the workplace. Ensure that all duties and services provided are in accordance with the School's Equal Opportunities Policy.
