We are currently seeking cover supervisors for a school located within the central ring of Birmingham. We are proud to pay to scale and offer this role with the opportunity to grow and develop into instructor roles. This Role is ideal for those seeking to gain experience before completing Teacher Training.
As a Cover Supervisor, your role is to ensure the class are remaining on task set by the Teacher. Classroom and behaviour management courses are available those invited to First Stage interview and registration.
Each day has the opportunity to be different, covering a variety of subjects working with children with statements for SEND. As a Cover supervisor, the Role also includes working with dedicated learning support assistants to aid students learning on a 1-2-1 basis.
Prior experience working with young people is a must. This should be over sixth months due to the requirement for safeguarding references.

Post-registration, you will have you have the opportunity to be considered for other roles discussed at the interview. The Role will be through Probation Hire for 8-12 weeks though Tradewind then working directly through the school.
While working through Probation, hire pay will be weekly.
