Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a Secondary School in Burnley to recruit a Cover Supervisor to start with them as soon as possible until July 2019. This is a full-time, long-term role with a salary of £65 - £75 per day.

This Secondary School prides itself on being at the heart of the community in Burnley. They offer a well-rounded education, offering a wide variety of opportunities for their pupils, which both enrich and enhance their experiences at school.

The Secondary school is looking for a Cover Supervisor who has previous experience supporting students within a Secondary School setting.

The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience working in a school setting
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication and behaviour management techniques
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant or a Degree Qualification
* Be confident in dealing with challenging behaviour
* Experience delivering work set by the class teacher
* Be able to confidently work as part of the team and independently

You will be supporting students across KS3 and KS4, helping them to access the curriculum. The school is based in Burnley just off the end of the M65 and is easily via train or bus. The school has over 1100 pupils and have a dedicated team of SLT, teachers and support staff.
