Trdaewind recruitment are working with a large academy in Gainsborough, looking for a cover supervisor to work on a flexible basis.

Tradewind Recruitment are working with a large school in Gainsborough who require cover for absent members of staff on an almost daily basis. We are searching for a confident practitioner who is free for flexible work, and someone who can work on a pre-booked or last minute basis. As the academy is looking for continuity, they are looking for somebody who is ready to work and be the first port of call for the school. We would welcome applications for people who are free full time, or those who only have limited availability and are looking for work on their days off. This could be an excellent first step before a PGCE programme, or for students with a particular subject specialism.

Payment for this position is between £50 and £130 per day depending on experience.

The academy is in an excellent new building, and the wonderful site has added to an increase in student behaviour. Lessons at the school are an hour and fifteen minutes long, and there are only four each day.
