We are looking for an experienced teacher to work with us as a Cover Supervisor starting in September 2019, responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons across the school.

The school is easily accessible with several bus links and free parking onsite. They provide a full, balanced and varied curriculum that encourages every student to participate and succeed. They are fortunate to have a dynamic, dedicated and passionate team of teachers and support staff with an inspirational Head. As a Cover Supervisor you will be responsible for:
*Supervising the class in the absence of the usual class teacher
*Supporting students in completing work set by the class teacher
*Managing behaviour for the duration of lessons
*Feeding back to the class teacher and leaving handover notes

To be considered for this position you will:
*Either be an experienced teacher or have experience working as a Cover Supervisor
*Have experience taking responsibility for secondary aged students
*Be an organised, enthusiastic proactive person
