Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking to recruit reliable teachers with good behaviour management who are available to cover daily/short term supply or long-term absences. If you are placed in a longer term position with full classroom responsibilities, you would be paid in line with your pay scale.

The need for additional supply teachers is due to the growing demand of our clients in the West Midlands area. We require teachers who are available for both full and part time supply work and will aim to give you the flexibility and support you need to be a success as a primary supply teacher.

We work closely with a number of Primary Schools and Academy Trust located throughout the West Midlands and help them cover planned and unplanned staff absences. Some bookings will be made in advance and other may be at short notice, the more flexible you are the more work we will be able to offer.

We are looking for:
- Primary Teachers with UK QTS or equivalent qualifications
- Someone with good behaviour management and the ability to use their initiative
- Someone who is flexible, enthusiastic and motivated to do well each day
- Reliable supply teachers who uphold Tradewind's high standards

- Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualifications
- This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearance (if
applicable and professional reference checks
- Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history, where possible, and any
employment breaks must be explained
- You must have the legal right to work in the UK
