Tradewind Recruitment are working with primary schools across central and south Birmingham who need additional support on a day to day basis across all year groups. You will need to be comfortable with working across different classes and sometimes different schools as you will be covering sickness and absence.

The school are very supportive and encourage you to take the CPD courses Tradewind have to offer. The schools we work with offer a friendly and welcoming environment and hold a strong team ethos.

To become part of this team you will:

* Be an experienced Teaching Assistant / TA / LSA with KS2
* Have a warm and caring nature
* Have the ability to put the children's needs first
* Be able to provide ongoing support to the class teacher and children
* Be a team player with the ability to work well as part of a team
