Tradewind are recruiting! Are you looking for you next role teaching Design Technology in Lambeth, South West London from Easter 2021?

Tradewind Recruitment are looking for a dynamic, talented Technology teacher to join a Church of England secondary school based in south-west London for the summer term. They are a small school offering a warm and friendly environment for staff to develop.

This is a full time Design and Technology post where students are taught to embrace cultural differences, consider the impact of their designs on the community. They are also encouraged to develop an awareness of current environmental problems and produce sustainable artefacts. Throughout the Design and Technology curriculum, students are taught to explore the needs of the user. This means that often students will empathise outside their own direct experience. Pupils are encouraged to look at technology as their responsibility since it can be an enormously positive force for good or utterly destructive.

You will have a passion for teaching and a commitment to helping shape the lives of young people in Lambeth.
