The Design Technology department is a leading example of excellence in DT teaching. You will support the Achievement Directors of DT to ensure the smooth running of the Design Technology departments, supporting in areas such as staff development; curriculum development; teaching & learning and assessment. You will also teach a reduced number of key classes.

The ideal candidate for this Key Stage 3 and 4 Design Technology Teacher role will:
We look for talented individuals who want to be a part of transforming education in London, and helping create exceptional places of learning. You will need to be:

An experienced, qualified teacher (holding QTS or equivalent and a relevant undergraduate degree) to teach across all key stages and who has excellent subject knowledge;
A committed practitioner, who will want to attain the highest standards in teaching and learning and who will expect excellence from the students;
A collaborative and motivated individual who will lead the subject through a variety of innovative approaches including curriculum design, teaching strategies, use of technology and intervention programmes.
Location:
Based in the borough of Greenwich; based near Greenwich DLR stations and local buses and transport.
