Tradewind Recruitment are looking for a creative, engaging, structured teacher of Design Technology to take over a 1 year Maternity contract to start in September 2020 (or possibly sooner based on the current Covid-19 crisis)

Tradewind are looking to recruit someone who has experience of delivering consistently good to outstanding lessons to students of all ages and abilities. Ideally you will already have experience of raising student achievement and ensuring students make good or better progress within subject area. They provide a well-designed curriculum that stimulates curiosity and is relevant and appropriate for all students
This role would suit someone who has experience teaching "Hard" technology (Resistant Materials & Product Design along with Graphics). You must have QTS and experience of teaching these subjects.
You will be able to teach and plan high quality lessons in which students make at least good progress. You will teach all students and key stages across the curriculum as required by the timetable. Deliver consistently good or better lessons (as identified by OfSTED criteria)
