Tradewind Recruitment are seeking to appoint a skilled and passionate Drama teacher. You should be a dynamic teacher of Drama, confident in delivering the expectations of GCSE Drama.

The school have keen children who are excited to learn and a very supportive parent body. Judged to be 'good' by Ofsted, we are moving forwards rapidly and are securing high standards and excellent rates of progress for our children.
We are looking to appoint an inspirational, output-orientated and resourceful Teacher of Drama, who will enhance further the innovative approaches of the department.
This post is suitable for both experienced and newly qualified teachers. Should you be looking for your first post, we offer excellent support and mentoring to make sure you get your teaching career off to a great start.
A bit about the role;
This position is ideal for either an experienced teacher or a newly qualified teacher. An NQT/teacher will receive the excellent support of an internal academy CPD programme. You will join a very positive, willing and committed team who will challenge and support you.
Our ideal candidate will be a good or outstanding teacher and somebody who is a team player. You should have a track record of building positive relationships with pupils in order to support them to make exceptional progress, be committed to developing your own teaching practice and share the school's high expectations for all pupils. You will also be an aspiring middle leader.

The successful candidate will have:
*A passion for teaching drama
*An understanding of the relationship between Drama and the wider curriculum
*Reliable evidence of very good to outstanding teaching with a focus on raising student achievement at KS3 and KS4
*A passion for making a difference for young people in the borough of Greenwich

Based in the borough of Greenwich: close to Greenwich station and close to local shops and transport link.
