Tradewind is working for a Good-rated school (Ofsted 2018) who are seeking a teacher to provide Drama at all Key Stages, with relevant A-level teaching available where desired. They are seeking a teacher to start after February half-term and continue through to the end of the school year.

Our client is a Good school with many Outstanding features highlighted in their recent Ofsted report, with particular praise being given to pupils' behaviour, attitude to learning and overall outlook. The school has specialist Arts College status and prioritises the performing arts in their provision to students.

The school are seeking a teacher who will:
-Be an outstanding practitioner who will contribute significantly to
raising standards of teaching and learning
-Have a passion for raising student achievement
-Be committed to supporting and enhancing our extra-curricular
drama and performing arts programmes


This school has recently invested in a new build and offers modern, spacious facilities, particularly in their dedicated spaces for Performing Arts. They offer a highly competitive CPD programme with excellent support for NQTs and a full induction for all new staff. The school is highly over-subscribed with an excellent reputation among the local community.

In terms of location, the school is near Hemel Hempstead with easy access to the M1 and M25, good public transport links to Hemel, Watford and Abbots Langley and free on-site parking for staff which was recently expanded with the new build.
