Here at Tradewind Recruitment we are supporting an "Outstanding" Secondary School located in the borough of Haringey with recruiting an LSA who is specifically Elklan trained to support pupils with Speech & Language.

The large school is consistently in the top 20% of schools nationally recognised but the SSAT for the past 5 years. "Students have high ambitions and work hard to achieve them. They are genuinely interested in their studies and consequently, enjoy working hard." Ofsted 2017

The school have a opening for a Elklan trained LSA to support several pupils across the school with speech and language. Elklan is the leading externally accredited training organisiation offering programmes taught through local Speech & Language Therapists (SaLT's) working collaboratively with specialist education staff. The courses equip staff and parents to be more effective in supporting children with speech, language and communication need (SLCN).

This role is available on a long-term basis starting ASAP but the school are willing to wait until September 2021 for the right candidate. This is a full-time role with the daily rate being £85-105 per day depending on experience.

The school is based in Haringey with excellent public transport links and also a school car park.
