Tradewind recruitment are working with an excellent partnership school on the outskirts of Hull, who are in need of a qualified and experienced English teacher to start ASAP, until the end of the academic year. All planning and marking associated with a teaching role will be expected, so payment for this role will be scaled to the main teaching pay scale. This booking is a full time booking.

You will be working within a high functioning English department, with an excellent Head of Department, who all aim to provide the best possible education to their students. You will be working in a very small team, and a high level of support will be in place for the successful candidate. There will be a small amount of A Level teaching for this position, so A Level experience is preferable. However, as this is a small amount of the booking, and as most of the teaching for the year 13 students, as long as the successful candidate has the required subject knowledge, this won't be a problem.

The school is a small school, that caters for students aged 11-18. There is a large onsite car park which is free for all staff members to use, and the school is easily accessible via public transport.

The role:

• Teaching English to Key Stage 3, 4 and 5 students
• Planning and marking in line with the national curriculum
• Working with small groups delivering English intervention

Essential requirements:
Experience working with students aged between 11-18

• QTS
• All work with Tradewind is subject to an enhanced DBS check and at least 2 suitable references being obtained.
• All work with Tradewind is subject to submittal of a CV with a 10 year career history
• Legal Right to Work in the UK
