Tradewind Recruitment are looking for an excellent teacher of English for a 'Good' 11 to 18 secondary school in the north of Kent. You will join their friendly, forward-thinking English department in September 2020. The successful teacher will be expected to teach the KS3 and KS4 English curriculum with the school offering a long-term post for one year. NQTs are welcome to apply, as are more experienced candidates.
We are seeking a talented English Teacher with the ability to teach Years 7 to 11. You will be dedicated to supporting students to achieve high standards, possess a strong work ethic and an understanding of comprehensive community values. In 2019 Over 60% of students achieved a pass in both English and Maths with 78% achieving at least a grade 4 in English and 65% achieving at least a grade 4 in Maths.

To be successful in this role you will need to:
*Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification.
*Have excellent knowledge of the English curriculum.
*This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure, Overseas Police Clearance (if applicable) and professional reference checks.
*Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained.
*You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
