Teachers who have worked in the school and department have described it as a place to really make it your own, have flexibility in implementing your teaching style to improve students' achievement, and working alongside an inspiring head of department. What is expected of you?
*Ability to teach KS3-KS5 English Language and/or Literature
*Ambitious about taking on responsibility
*A commitment to deliver a high standard of teaching and a passion to see students achieve
*A team player who can work collaboratively with other members of staff to ensure achievement and success within the department
*Ambitious to continuously learn and develop your teaching ability
*A QTS holder (or equivalent teaching qualification)
*A legal right to work within the UK
