SANZA Teaching Agency are currently looking for a EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a thriving Primary School based in Hounslow.

The school is a small Primary School that has a large community presence. The families and children of the community are at the heart of everything they do.

As a Teaching Assistant, they are looking for someone with:

*Experience within EYFS
*Have knowledge of phonics, literacy and numeracy
*The ability to build relationships
*The ability to work on your own and as part of a team

The role will be very varied, you will be working as a general TA, 1:1 TA and leading small groups, so you must be flexible.

All staff receive 1 hour lunches.

Your role will involve:

*Supervise and provide particular support for pupils, including those with special
needs, ensuring their safety and access to learning activities.
*Assist with the development and implementation of Individual
*Learning Development and Behaviour Plans.
*Establish constructive relationships with pupils and interact with them according
to individual needs.
*Promote the inclusion and acceptance of all pupils.
*Encourage pupils to interact with others and engage in activities led by the
teacher.
*Set challenging and demanding expectations and promote self-esteem and
independence.
*Provide feedback to pupils in relation to progress and achievement under
guidance of the teacher
