Tradewind recruitment are working with a well-regarded community primary school in Chingford, London borough of Waltham Forest. The school are looking for dynamic EYFS TA's to start ASAP. If you are keen to progress in a school early years environment, then we would love to hear from you!

This role is to start ASAP on a long-term basis until at least July 2020.

To apply for this EYFS TA role, you must have a passion for early years education and demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm within the classroom.

The EYFS TA role involves working closely with the hardworking and successful team to provide excellent teaching and contribute to the exciting learning environment.

The EYFS TA role will involve:

*Working alongside the EYFS team to prepare engaging, fun sessions for small groups of learners in the reception class
*You will support 13 key children
*Teach phonics - Letters and Sounds
*Maintaining special books
*Outdoor learning / messy play
*Communication with parents

This role requires a dynamic, enthusiastic early year's practitioner who can nurture and inspire children in their learning.

EYFS TA, Waltham Forest roles are full time, 5 days week (term time only) and will be due to start in January 2020 to continue for the full academic year until July 2020, potentially longer if you get on well in the school.

To be considered for the EYFS TA role you must;

*Have some experience working in Nursery or early years setting
*Ideally you will have an early years qualification, degree, Level 3 or NNEB
*Be a team player - this role requires someone who works well with teachers, pupils and parents
*Demonstrate enthusiasm, a willingness to get involved with ideas and suggestions
*Demonstrate commitment, dedication and resilience in your previous childcare work
*Ideally you will be local to the borough of Waltham Forest
