Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a two-form entry Primary School in Coppice, Oldham to start in April until the Summer 2019. This is a full time, long-term role with a salary of £60 per day.

To join us and be successful in this Teaching Assistant role, you will need to:

*Hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant Qualification
*Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
*Provide a CV with at least 10 years employment/education history included and employment breaks must be explained
*Have the legal right to work in the UK

About the school

We are recruiting for an EYFS Teaching Assistant on behalf of an exciting school, filled with inspirational teachers, support staff and motivated children. Staff at school work together to ensure that all the children achieve their best, and they have a solid track record for providing education.

The recently appointed principal, and other senior leaders have a good knowledge of the schools strengths and have put significant work in to ensuring improvements across the school. Pupils behave well, enjoy school and develop respectful relationships with both staff and each other.

The school is based in Coppice, Oldham and is accessible via car or bus.

About the role

This primary school is looking for a Teaching Assistant to work within their EYFS department, within both Nursery and Reception. The successful candidate must have excellent behaviour management and a good knowledge of the EYFS National Curriculum. You must be a committed practitioner who will want to attain the highest standards in teaching and learning throughout the role.

The role itself will involve supporting the class teacher in the planning and delivery of the National Curriculum and helping to ensure that each child has access to learning. The successful candidate will also be required to take focus groups for phonics, literacy and fine motor skills sessions. The school are looking for somebody who has the ability to be innovative and engaging, ensuring that the child has fun whilst making progress.
