Tradewind Recruitment seek to appoint an enthusiastic and passionate Teacher of female PE to teach up to key stage 4. Our school is rated "good" by Ofsted and is a secondary school based in the north of the city with excellent transport links

The school has a fantastic up to date department and resources, as well as support from the Senior Leadership Team.

This position is to start after the Easter holidays on 12^th April 2021 and will continue until the end of the school year. This position is also a full-time role, so you would need to be available Monday to Friday.

In general you would be responsible for:
* Undertaking full class teaching responsibility for girls PE, both practical and theoretical, from Year 7 through to Year 11
* Assessing, recording and reporting on the development, progress and attainment of pupils, as well as on their personal and social needs
* Marking work, giving appropriate feedback and preparing students for exams in line with GCSE requirements

To be considered you will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status or UK equivalent
* Provide 10 years employment / education history
* Have the legal right to work in the UK
* Be an organised, enthusiastic proactive person
* Hold an enhanced DBS certificate, which is on the update service, or
be willing to apply for a new one (costs refunded back to you when you complete 20 days work)
